Looking for an internship where you’re more than “just” an intern?
At Driven, you’ll work side-by-side with our founders as we scale our B2B SaaS platform across Europe and the US. We’re building the future of sales compensation — and you’ll be part of that journey from day one.
This isn’t about taking notes in meetings. You’ll join international events (think: New York, San Francisco, London), build prospect lists, test outreach strategies, and join real customer calls. We’ll throw you in the deep end — but we’re right there with you.
What you’ll do
- Be the founder’s right hand in sales and ops
- Prepare and join sales meetings, pitches, and product demos
- Research leads and create outbound strategies by segment, persona or geography
- Attend international conferences and events, help manage follow-up
- Help shape and scale our sales process — what works, stays
- Work across tools like Notion, Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
What we’re looking for
- You’re a natural communicator (in Dutch and English)
- You’re curious, coachable, and not afraid of the unknown
- You like working fast and learning faster
- You bring structure, but don’t get blocked by it
